Grade B are in good condition. Screens may have small scuffs and scratches or light localized shadows. These blemishes are not easily noticeable when the screen is powered on with a “busy” background, but may be noticeable with a solid color background or when powered off. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches. While we make every effort to detect defective pixels, they may still be present in monitors in this category.
Grade C monitors have scratches or shadows on the screen that are noticeable when the screen is powered on, but the monitor is fully functional. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches and/or hairline cracks. Monitor may have defective pixels.

Returns or Exchanges Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc.
